Prime Scale Media (operated by Turlit LLC, "Prime Scale Media", "PSM", "we", "our") provides digital advertising services and managed advertising account services to e-commerce businesses, direct-to-consumer brands, and marketing agencies. Our services are delivered through our own verified Business Manager infrastructure on the Meta, TikTok, and Google advertising platforms.

We are the contractual service provider in every client engagement. We invoice our clients directly under our own legal entity (Turlit LLC, trading as Prime Scale Media) for the services described above.
To avoid ambiguity for our clients, partners, banking providers, and regulators, we set out below how our commercial relationships and payment flows are structured.
Clients purchase advertising services and advertising service credits from Turlit LLC (trading as Prime Scale Media) directly. Each transaction is invoiced under our company name. Funds received from clients are our own business revenue, paid to Turlit LLC in consideration for services rendered or to be rendered.
Turlit LLC maintains its own commercial relationships with the advertising platforms and underlying infrastructure providers we use to deliver our services. Payments to those providers are made from our own business funds, in our own name, and are part of our ordinary cost of operations. Clients are not party to those provider agreements.
Prime Scale Media (Turlit LLC) is not a payment processor, money transmitter, payment institution, electronic money institution, escrow service, marketplace, wallet provider, or any other form of financial institution. We do not hold or transmit funds on behalf of third parties. We do not facilitate payments between two third parties. We do not take custody of client money for any purpose other than as consideration for our own services.
Advertising service credits allocated to clients within our infrastructure represent a contractual right to receive advertising services from Prime Scale Media. They are not stored value, not redeemable for cash, not transferable to third parties, and not a financial product.
Turlit LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company providing digital advertising services. We are not regulated as a financial institution under U.S. federal or state law, EU PSD2, or the EU Electronic Money Directive, and our services are not within the scope of those regulatory frameworks.
Prime Scale Media (Turlit LLC) is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Inc., ByteDance Ltd., Google LLC, or Alphabet Inc. unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. The trademarks Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and any related logos are the property of their respective owners. References to these platforms on this website are for descriptive purposes only.
Service engagements begin upon written or electronic confirmation between Prime Scale Media and the client (including via WhatsApp or email). The specific scope, pricing, service fees, and any service balance amounts are agreed individually with each client at the point of engagement.
Service fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Unused service balance may be refunded at our discretion in cases of mutual termination, subject to deduction of platform fees, currency conversion costs, and any reasonable administrative fees. Service balance is not refundable in the event of termination for breach of these terms.
Prime Scale Media provides advertising infrastructure and operational support as a service. We do not guarantee specific advertising outcomes, return on ad spend (ROAS), revenue figures, account longevity, or freedom from platform-imposed restrictions. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to creative quality, product-market fit, audience targeting, seasonal demand, platform algorithm changes, and competitive dynamics.
Account-level enforcement actions can occur on any advertising platform, including on infrastructure operated by experienced agencies. Where reasonably possible, we will assist clients in transitioning to replacement infrastructure, but Prime Scale Media (Turlit LLC) is not liable for lost revenue, lost campaign momentum, or consequential damages arising from platform decisions.
Save in cases of intent or gross negligence, the aggregate liability of Turlit LLC to a client under any engagement is limited to the service fees paid by that client to Prime Scale Media in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Prime Scale Media (Turlit LLC) serves clients in the European Union and applies the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) to the processing of personal data of EU-based clients and prospects.
We collect information that you provide to us when contacting us or using our services: name, email address, business type, ad spend range, company information for invoicing, and information shared via WhatsApp, email, or our contact forms. We do not sell personal data to any third party.
Processing of EU client personal data is based on Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract — Article 6(1)(c) — compliance with legal obligations — and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interests in providing and improving our services and protecting them from misuse.
Client and transaction data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and for up to seven (7) years thereafter, in line with applicable record-keeping obligations.

This website uses no third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking technology on this website.
These terms and any service engagement with Turlit LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any engagement that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Where mandatory consumer protection or data protection rights of EU-based clients apply, those rights are not affected by this clause.
